Take Me Back to the Sale Ring
I bought 25 of these cows from Rodney Parrish in Star, Tx.
Rodney started in 1997 by purchasing 15 cows and a Hargis bred bull, # -97,
off of Terry Walls.  He bred with #-97 for three years,
then he started leasing bulls from Hargis and selling Hargis his bull calves every year.

One of the 15 cows he bought turned out to be the famous Mrs. Parrish sold to Gene Baker.
Rodney Parish believes there is one daughter of hers in this bunch and I'm sure there are several grandaughters. Rodney bucks his heifers and sells the culls. The only reason he sold these cows was his numbers were getting to big and he needed to cut back.
These cows are not culls!!!

I dont know what all bulls Derrell has sent Rodney, but I'm sure they were good since Derrell was buying the bull calves back. Rodney does not register his cattle so none of these
except the 3 that I threw in are registerd.

I brought all these cows home and had them preg checked on November 13th.
Whatever date it shows these cows are bred was from that date.

It has done nothing but rain since I brought them home and they have drawed down some
(as you can tell from the pictures).
They will fatten back up and be some real nice cows with some good calves in their bellies, when you get them home and they settle in.

All cows are age verified by mouthing done by a vet on November 13th.
Age might not be 100% accurate.
