| Stipulations are as follows: 1: The flush will be done at Cottage Farm Genetics in Jackson, TN. This is one of the nicest and most reliable facilities anywhere. 2: High bidder will be responsible for all costs concerning the flush once the cow is dropped off and until one day after she is flushed. 3: High bidder will be responsible for semen to be used in flush. 4: I will guarantee at least 4 grade one embryos or the High Bidder will have the right to flush her again as soon a she can be properly set up. Once again, the High Bidder is responsible for all cost concerning the flush and can keep any and all embryos. If the High Bidder chooses not to flush her again, I will give them 4 embryos out of her sired by #329 Houdini. 5: Lack of fertile embryos due to poor quality semen or using less than 3 straws of flush quality semen does not constitute a second flush. Quality of semen will be determined by Cottage Farms Genetics. 6: I will guarantee the cow to be in good shape and ready to be set up to flush at the time I drop her off. She will be dropped off within one week after the High Bidder has paid in full. Cottage Farms performed the last flush on this cow and she produced 23 usable embryos with 19 being grade ones and 4 being grade twos. High Bidder gets to keep ALL Embryos!!!
