Chisum is the sire to Korkow's Slippery who was the 2005 PRCA Saddle Bronc of the Year. Chisum is also the sire of C5 Rodeo's Golden Girl who sold for $100,000.00 a few years ago. Dam: Daughter of our Tooke stud we had in the 90's. We bucked T74 Chrome in the bareback riding as a 4yr old. She had a hip injury and have been breeding with her. She bucked real well before she got hurt. She moves fine and is a nice big Chisum daughter. Her colts have bucked well. We sold one of her colts at Simon's sale for $9,000. | #333 Shaky Ground DOB: 2011 - Mare The colt pictured is not for sale. Shaky Ground is the first foal I raised. She is sired by a Jim Arthur stud I had that bucked real hard. Her dam is Touch of Class, a black & white paint mare I bucked and was a consistent bucker that was 20-21 point over four years before I sold her to Ike Peters who has raised colts off her that went to USA. Shaky started her career as a three year old in the ranch bronc riding. She has been marked as high as 23 points, but settled into a solid mare 19-20 pt. I’ve bucked her in the bareback, saddle bronc and ranch broncs. She's been hauled all over northern Alberta, down over the rocks to Vancouver Island. |
