| You do not have to have something consigned every week, but you will have ONE LOT per week reserved if you wish to use it. The High Bidder must contact The Breeder's Connection within 3 days of the upcoming auction dates to get a lot listed for that week. A LIFETIME is for as long as The Breeder's Connection Sale Ring is in operation. If The Breeder's Connection is ever sold, your agreement with The Breeder's Connection will still be valid, and it will be included in any contracts The Breeder's Connection makes with the buyers. You must own, and have in your possession, the items that you will be selling on The Breeder's Connection. You cannot use your reserved space to sell items for others. If it is found out that you have sold any items that you did not own, and/or were not in your possession at the time of sale, a penalty will be enforced. This penalty will not be less than a suspension of your rights for a period of time to be determined by Nate Morrison upon his finding out. |

| Partnerships are allowed, but only a partnership of 2 parties will be accepted!!! Partnerships involving more than 2 parties will not be accepted. All partnership names MUST be included in the bidding name. If a name isn't listed in the final high bid, their consignments will not be accepted as a part of this offer. Your auction spots may not be sold to another party, and your free commissions and free no sale fees may not be sold to another party. If they are sold, it will not be recognized by The Breeder's Connection. Only the names included in the high bid will be eligible for this offer. |
