| Terms of Sale: 1: Flush will be done at Four Corners Embryo Transfer in Langley, OK by Dr. Robert Zinnikas, DVM. Dr. Zinnikas is certified with the American Embryo Transfer Association. 2: High bidder will be responsible for all costs concerning the flush. Vet expenses, cow care, etc. The cow is already at Four Corners, and the high bidder is responsible for all vet costs starting the day after the auction ends until the day she is flushed. 3: High bidder will be responsible for the semen to be used in the flush. 4: Consignor will GUARANTEE at least 4 grade one embryos from the flush. If there are not at least 4 grade one embryos the high bidder will have the option to flush her a 2nd time. Once again, the high bidder is responsible for all costs concerning the flush, and has the right to keep all of the embryos received. 5: Lack of fertile embryos due to poor quality semen, or using less than 3 straws of flush quality semen does not constitute a 2nd flush. Quality of the semen will be determined by Four Corners Embryo Transfer. (You do not have to supply 3 straws of semen to do the flush, but if you want the 4 embryo guarantee, you must use 3 flush quality straws.) 6: Consignor guarantees the cow to be in excellent condition. Photo's were taken of the cow on September 13th, 2006. Four Corners performed the last 2 flushes on this cow, and she produced a total of 37 Embryos. 24 were useable embryos & 18 were Rated #1's |
