This agreement, originated this         day of     , 2008, is between                             , of                          RANCH,
hereinafter referred to as Donor SUPPLIER, whose present address is                                                       ,
and Philip Elkins, hereinafter referred to as Donor & Semen PROVIDER, whose present address is 140
Concho Dr. Fort Worth,TX, and jointly referred to as Breeders.

WITNESSETH

Whereas, Supplier and Provider will, together, attempt to create embryos from an Invetro Fertilization (IVF) procedure
on the date of June 2nd, 2008. It is mutually agreed, this procedure will be performed by Trans Ova Genetics, L.C.
professionals to the best of their abilities; however, there are no guarantees or warranties, from or to, either party of
any embryo creation.

In consideration of the mutual promises and undertakings herein contained and for other good and valuable
considerations intending to be legally bound, both parties agree to the following stipulations as set forth below:

1. Provider agrees to provide one (1) straw of semen of White Sports Coat, ABBI # 10001139,
for the purpose of fertilization of the oocytes collected.

2. Supplier will furnish a maximum of ONE ( 1 ) female, ABBI registered and in the registered name of the Supplier, to
be used as donors for aspiration of their oocytes. Said donors are further described as

Supplier will furnish, to Provider, a photocopy of each donorâ€™s ABBI registration papers prior to inception of this
procedure. These donors will be placed in slots                    , respectively, for priority fertilization AND transfer order,
to the best of the IVF procedures and protocols currently in place within the Providers program.

3. Supplier shall be responsible for the delivery of his donor on May 19, 2008 to Trans Ova headquarters in
Centerville, Texas prior to the procedure. In order for Supplier to secure the 1 donor spaces,
on or before                      , 2008, Supplier agrees to pay Provider the sum of                             Dollars ($                 )
which represents One-Half (Â½) of the Total Donor Spaces Fees owed of                            Dollars ($                   ).

4. Supplier is responsible for paying all costs for Suppliers donor including cow care, drugs, set-up, and aspiration
procedure costs to Trans-Ova.

5. The remaining balance due for the donor space fees, as well as any Donor Cost fees, shall become due and
payable via wire transfer no later than 2 days following the aspiration date. If Supplier fails to remit this balance
due, IN FULL, for ALL donor spaces and/or donor costs, Supplier forfeits all monies paid to date AND his ownership,
IN FULL, of any and all resulting embryos from these donors, without recourse from Provider.

6. Provider will furnish additional donors, at his discretion, in order to maximize the said straw of semen. Any and all
embryos collected from these Provider-furnished donors shall be the sole responsibility and property of Provider.

7. In the unlikely event, said straw of semen is inadequate to fertilize all Supplier-furnished donor(s) oocytes, NO fees
shall be due, for donor spaces or donor costs, for any donors whose oocytes not fertilized with said White Sports Coat
semen. Provider shall, within seven (7) days of fertilization date, refund any monies overpaid by Supplier.

                    8. At the conclusion of the successful IVF procedure,
resulting White Sport Coat sired embryos will be handled as follows:

a. Embryos collected from all Supplier-furnished donors shall be the sole property of the Supplier.

b. Each Breeder will individually be responsible for the disposition and further handling of his respective embryos and
all costs associated therewith, including, but not limited to the freezing, transfer and/or storage. Subsequent fees for
storage, freezing and/or transfer shall be due and payable to Trans Ova Genetics, LLC.

9. Provider will exercise the utmost care and consideration of all Supplier-owned donor cattle used for or during this
procedure. Provider, in no way, assumes liability of any sort for any sickness, injury or death of said donor cattle or
their calves, if applicable, for any cause or reason.

10. Should any of the Supplier-furnished donor cows require the attention of a professional, Supplier agrees to
reimburse Provider for all resulting costs, including medications, associated with the condition.

11. Supplier is responsible for locating and purchasing suppliers recip cows.

12. CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT: BREEDERS agree to keep the details and specifics of all items contained
within this agreement in the strictest confidence. No specific items may be discussed with any party outside of and not
a party to this agreement.

13. Governing Law: This agreement when executed by Semen Supplier has been made in Parker County, Texas and
all payments are due and payable in Parker County, Texas, and the parties agree that exclusive jurisdiction and
venue of any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be in the courts of Parker County, Texas.

14. Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the above referenced parties. There are
no representations, warranties, promises, covenants or understanding other than those herein contained and ALL
previous oral or written agreements are hereby withdrawn.
