He is coming 6yrs old, and we've used him since he was a 3 year old.
He has only been ridden 4 times in his storied career!!!
They won money on him 3 out of the 4 times that he was ridden.

He was used as the bounty horse at the Marvin Garrett Rough Stock Series.

We purchased #11 Luneytoons from Jimmy Lawrence in 1998 at the
Kling Brothers Breeder's Classic Bucking Horse Production Sale in Watford City, ND.
#11 Luneytoons is a son of Lunar Rocket.
Lunar Rocket is a son of the Canadian Hall of Fame Producer Cindy Rocket
from the Calgary Stampede Breeding program. There's a large list of
NFR Grandsons and Great-Grandsons out of Cindy & Lunar Rocket.

#11 Luneytoons is also the sire to Preacher's Wife,
the 2006 SDRA Saddle Bronc Horse of the Year. - click here see video

Tuff Stuff is an old mare that still bucks them off in her ripe old age.
As the story goes, Binky Steele took some mares to the Tooke Ranch years ago,
and had them bred to who knows what of Tookes. Tuff Stuff, Gunsmokes Dam,
is a colt out of one of those mares. We started bucking Tuff Stuff at 4yrs old,
and used her that first summer at the Hart Ranch Nightly Rodeo.
She was out twice a week all summer and went unridden.

Those that know bucking horse bloodlines will agree:
Cindy Rocket is the CP1 Kung Fu of Bucking Horses,
and Ernest Tooke is to Bucking Horses as Charlie Plummer is to Bucking Bulls.

#251 Gunsmoke has a reputation in South Dakota
as an ELIMINATOR, and rightfully so.
He has consistent scores in the 20's with a high mark of 23.
He outscored his rider all four times he was ridden.

Gunsmoke will make someone a great feature horse.
He has the potential to go unridden all year in the ammy's,
and truthfully, they will turn him out in the pros because
even when they do ride him - they didn't look good doing it.

He's a contractors dream, but the bronc riders hate drawing him!
Rain or Shine... Indoors, Outdoors, he has done it all...
and he's consistant doing it!!!
