| The Breeder's Connection is a privately owned business and reserves the right to refuse any sellers and buyers that The Breeder's Connection chooses. The Breeder's Connection is a selective service to the rodeo industry based on integrity. The Breeder's Connection is not an Auction Service. Although we are referred to as an Online Auction web site it is important to realize that we are not a traditional "auctioneer." Instead, The Breeder's Connection acts as a venue to allow rodeo stock breeders to place an advertisement to sell rodeo stock in a bidding-style format commonly referred to as "online auctions" or "auctions." We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, health, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. We cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction. Consequently, we do not transfer legal ownership of an item from the seller to the buyer, all transactions are made between the seller and the highest bidder at the close of the bidding. By placing any item for sale on The Breeder's Connection you are agreeing to all terms and conditions set forth by The Breeder's Connection and will adhere to all listing rules. Failure to follow rules will forfeit your right to use The Breeder's Connections services as a seller and buyer. Listing Rules: The Breeder's Connection is a selective service. In order to advertise on The Breeder's Connection your advertisement must first be approved by The Breeder's Connection. Contact The Breeder's Connection for information about listing and our listing rates. At the close of your advertisement it is your responsibility to contact the buyer and must work out all payment and delivery details with the buyer. The Breeder's Connection is not responsible for delivery or payment options. It is the sellers responsibility to have all health and brand papers available at the time of purchase. If the animal you are selling is registered, it is your responsibility to provide the buyer with the proper registration papers so that the buyer can get the animal transferred into their name. Failure to provide the buyer with the proper registration papers in a timely fashion is the result of an incomplete transaction and may result in action taken by The Breeder's Connection no less than suspension from being able to advertise on The Breeder's Connection until the buyer has received their proper registration papers. By advertising on The Breeder's Connection you are stating that the animal consigned is in good health, and that the breeding is as advertised. If the animal received is in poor health, or the DNA does not come back as advertised from a reputable registry service, you are required to give the buyer a full refund and you will not be refunded your listing fee to The Breeder's Connection. Failure to issue a refund will result in being Black Listed from The Breeder's Connection and you will lose your right to sell or buy using our service and any payments made to The Breeder's Connection for the use of our services as a seller will not be refunded. Buyer Rules: By placing a bid on The Breeder's Connection you are agreeing to all terms and conditions set forth by The Breeder's Connection and will adhere to all bidders rules. Failure to follow rules will forfeit your right to use The Breeder's Connections services as a seller and buyer. The consignor has the right to post when payment is due, payment options, and shipping details. If you cannot reach the payment or delivery requirements set by the seller, do not bid. Do not place a bid if you are not willing, or do not have the means to purchase the livestock. The Breeder's Connection is available to serious bidders only. If you are the highest bidder at the close of the auction it is your responsibility to contact the seller and must work out all payment and delivery details with the seller directly. The Breeder's Connection is not responsible for delivery or payment options. If you made a mistake placing a bid, and you want to correct your mistake, please contact us and we will correct your mistake as soon as possible. The seller has the right to post a reserve price to be met. If the reserve does not meet the reserve price, you are not under any obligation to purchase the lot. However, the high bidder will be given the first option to purchase the lot at the sellers price. Once the reserve is met, all bids are final, and you are agreeing to buy the at the price of your high bid. All bids will stop at the scheduled time unless there are two or more people actively bidding and their bids are less than 5 minutes apart. This will allow time for people with slow computer connections and for any computer problems that anyone may experience. Bidding will stop, tentatively, at the scheduled time. At this time, The Breeders Connection will wait 5 minutes for any bidders who are still actively bidding. If no bids are received within this 5 minutes, the auction will officially close. If, within those 5 minutes, bidders are actively bidding, the auction will remain open until the timing of the bids lapses beyond a 5 minute increment. This will give everyone a chance to place 'the last bid'. At the close of the advertisement the highest bidder will be contacted. If you, as the highest bidder, fail to follow through with the purchase, you will forfeit your right to use The Breeder's Connections services as a seller and buyer, and your delinquency will be made known on the web site. If the highest bidder fails to follow through with his commitment, the second highest bidder will be contacted and will be given the option to purchase the livestock at the bid that they placed. The second highest bidder is under no obligation to purchase. The Breeder's Connection has the right to refuse service to anyone at any time that they see fit. |
